Shipping within New Zealand
Please ensure you provide a full delivery address when ordering. All orders received prior to will be dispatched to you within 1 – 3 working days of receipt of payment. Occasionally public holidays, weekends, weather events or extremely busy periods may result in extended delivery times. In these circumstances we will endeavour to communicate with you about the delay and resolve and resulting issues.
Orders received over the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched as soon as possible when we re-open for business. If your order is urgent please contact us for assistance. Please note, if you are paying by bank deposit you order will not be dispatched until the funds have shown in our account. Deposits made overnight or during weekends or public holidays may take longer to clear which will in turn delay the dispatching of your order.
Rural deliveries sometimes take a day or two longer as the parcel will be passed on to your local rural delivery driver. Please allow for this when ordering goods for urgent delivery.
Delivery within New Zealand is $6.00
Once your parcel is sent, a tracking number will be available to you, should you at any stage require the tracking number please contact us.
If you have lost your tracking number, please contact us.
You will be required to sign for your delivery and if not home, a card will be left to notify you to ring your local depot. If you are comfortable for the goods to be left if no-one is home, please state this on your order in the comments section and advise a safe & secure place for the order to be placed. If redelivery is attempted you maybe charged a second delivery fee.
We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us directly if you’d like to make alternative delivery arrangements.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
